We would like to welcome Dr Elaine Kirby and Dr Mary Williams joining our team this month.
We have a full complement of Admin staff to help with all aspects of patient care. They provide an integral link for patients within the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquires. As well booking appointments with our GPs and Nursing team, they perform other vital tasks such as issuing repeat prescription requests and dealing with queries, answering the phone, managing the front desk, registering new patients, organising and distributing the practice post, summarising records for new patients, managing documents and keeping the practice going amongst a range of other duties.
