Actions resulting from FFT feedback
Here are some of things we have changed about the surgery as a result of feedback received via the FFT survey.
- New telephone system has been installed with a call back function so patients don't have to wait in a queue.
- The Practice has changed to total triage, GP's are responsible for allocating appointments taking information from the online triage form. This has taken the responsibility off the receptionists having to ask patients for the reasons they need to see a GP as patients were unhappy doing this.
